the arms centered in yellow.

The Municipality of Tryavna is part of Gabrovo Oblast. Its flag is
horizontally divided white-green-white with coat of arms in the green field
towards the hoist in the version posted at
https://heraldika-bg.org/fl_gabrovo.htm. The green field is wider than the other two.
