A green-white-deep yellow vertical tricolor, with the arms centerd, extending slightly off the central stripe.

The writing on the scroll under the shield "28 DE ABRIL DE 1992" recalls that Santa Rosa do Purus was made a municipality by State Law No. 1028, adopted on 28 April 1992.
