I have attached pictures of the City of Winkler, Manitoba flag. This flag is a modified Canadian national flag with the municipality’s logo placed in the center and the colors on either side of the maple leaf are a light sky blue color. The municipal logo has images representing industry (gear wheel), commerce (shopping cart) and agriculture (wheat).
