Herbertingen Coat of Arms

Shield Azure, a triplemount Argent, on its top a stag forcene Or, in its muzzle an arrow bendy Sable with feathers of Gules and Argent.
Meaning:
In former Saulgau County there had been possessions of the Lordship of Bussen and the Counts of Friedberg, owned by the Sewers of Waldburg as mortgagees under Austrian sovereignty. In 1682 arms and seal were granted to the municipality by Emperor Leopold I. The meaning of the details of the arms has been forgotten.
