An orange flag with the international symbol of civil protrction in its centre, a blue equilateral triangle, fimbriated yellow, surrounded by a blue circle fimbriated yellow. Within the blue circle is a white inscription "PROTECCION CIVIL." The circle is topped by a yellow logo of a crown and its bottom is superimposed by an ascending line, horizontally divided into green over white over green (for Andalusia). Within the white stripe is the name of the local branch (CHIPIONA in this case). I spotted this flag on 13 November 2009 in Chipiona (Andalusia) near Jerez de la Frontera.
