An image of the flag of Iran Air obtained from
https://www.facebook.com/IranAirHoma shows it to be white with the logo
centered. The flag was in use from the cockpit of an airplane and bears a dark
blue fringe.

There seems to be a wide array of minor variations of the logo details - see https://duckduckgo.com/?q=%22Iran+Air, incl. the shade of blue.
