I located this Iranian UFE from this picture (http://www.yjcphotos.ir/photos/ImageDesc.aspx?ImageID=197068)
taken on 1393-8-27 (Persian calendar) which belongs to this picture gallery (http://www.yjcphotos.ir/photos/ImageGroup.aspx?GroupID=10580).
It is a plain horizontal flag with the logo in the middle.
The mockup

in the picture feature logos of the Aerospace Industries Organization (http://www.iranwatch.org/sites/default/files/aerospace_industries_organization.png)
and the Iranian Space Agency (old) logo (http://www.b14643.de/Spacerockets_1/Diverse/Safir-IRILV/logo.JPG),
so maybe the flag in question has something to do with the aerospace/defense
sector and/or scientific research.
