Flag

Located in Mihama Town Aichi Prefecture and established in 1957. The university flag has navy blue background with a white and orange emblem. The university emblem is a design of the Chinese character "大學" and is surrounded by a tachibana mandarin, the emblem of the founding mother temple, Hōon-ji. The university emblem is positioned as a symbol of the university's founding spirit, as well as a narrative of the university's long history of education and research.
