The flag used by the Kuwait Olympic Committee is a logo on white. The different versions I found are just the logo on white (see https://www.alosraalarbia.com/single-post/93403243) or surrounded in a ring that has the name of the KOC in Arabic and English (see https://www.kuna.net.kw/ArticleDetails.aspx?id=2874929).
