Text from 2019 Statute:
The emblem is presented as handball players
(men and women) in motion with a ball and text RSCG .
The silhouette of the
handball player is dark blue, on a gray (or light blue) circular
basically.
The flag of the Federation is red with the emblem of the Federation, and in the
upper part with the coat of arms of Montenegro.
The dimensions of the flag
are 2: 1.
The image above is my interpretation of the flag from the
Statute.
The 2020 Handball Federation
of Montenegro has changed the look of the emblem, but it is not known how this
affects the flag, as I have not yet found the photo but the text in the statute
has not yet been changed.
