The arms are Or parted per saltire wavy Azure, in base quarter a bunch of grapes Vert fruited Purpure, in the other quarters an olive branch Proper, all superimposed in heart point by a fleur de lis Or. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll reading in black upper case letters "ÍNSUA - PENALVA DO CASTELO".
