About the flag

The flag of Shalinsky District can be seen at https://geraldika.ru/s/42723. On a red field a white dome of a mosque emerging from behind a green, silver-edged narrow jagged lower stripe, between two minarets, also white; two more of the same minarets, but of lesser height behind the dome; above, nine golden eight-pointed stars in a ring around a central star voided.
