The flag of Desert Hot Springs can be seen at
https://www.desertsun.com. It is a blue field with the city seal centered.
It appears to have been adopted in early 2021 for the opening of the new city
hall; the old city hall did not fly a city flag outside and in its council
chambers. The flag uses the city seal, which was adopted as official by
Ordinance 539 on August 6, 2013; the silver version itself appears to have
replaced this seal as official by Ordinance 790 on October 17, 2023. I should
note that I'm not sure if the seal on the flag uses different shades of silver
or is just white and black.
