The flag appears to be a colored version of the town seal, seen at

The flag is white and uses a town logo which appears to have been adopted in
2022. The town flag started seeing use that same year as well.

Previously, the town flag was white with a town logo in blue and white
centered upon it. The flag was adopted in September 2016 for the new town
flagpole.
