New Chandler Town Hall opens

In addition to opening the new town hall, the town also revealed the new town flag. Designed by Warrick County graphic designer Ryan Maglinger, the flag represents the town's history while also paying homage to the state's history.

Wester said the town opened a contest to design the flag earlier this year and chose the winning flag in a blind decision without knowing the identity of the designer. She said there were submissions from far and wide, but the winner still ended up coming from Warrick County.
