Description of the flag

The flag of the City of Flemingsburg consists of three horizontal stripes yellow over white over blue, where the white stripe is wider. On it there are the door of the Fleming County Courthouse (Masao thinks it is from the old City Hall), and Est.1797 / Inc.1812 on the left and right. Gothic semi-arched Flemingsburg on the yellow stripe, and gothic Kentucky on the blue stripe.
