Description of the Flag

The city of Mount Washington has indicated that it does not have a flag.

My research had found in city council minutes that a flag was being developed for this town in 2016 and that the new flag was adopted on May 22, 2017. Since then I could find only small, unclear images on the town's FB page. I emailed the town several times but never received a response.

But I just found a clear image recently posted in the Twitter account of the Parks and Recreation department.
