Description of the flag

A white flag with a narrow blue bordered, angled in the corners. The town seal consists of a central blue disk with town names and dates in gold, surrounded by a ring of flowers, an outer black ring stating SEAL OF THE TOWN OF WINCHESTER MASS. and a thin outer patterned ring. Winchester is in Middlesex County.
