The flag

The flag is partially visible on a photograph of the mayor from the city's website (https://www.hayfieldmn.com). It has a drawing of the city, the city and state names, and a motto. Drawings of the city appear on the city's website ( https://www.hayfieldmn.com/vertical/) and on the city's welcome sign ( https://scontent-nrt1-1.xx.fbcdn.net), which also has the apparent motto, but differs in detail. What I could see of the drawing on the flag seems to resemble both versions, so I couldn't be sure which version was used. I decided that the image on the flag should more closely resemble the logo on the city's welcome sign rather than the internet logo.
