Ballwin is a seemingly affluent suburb of St. Louis,
Missouri. It had a population of 31,103 as of the 2020 census and a land area
of 8.98 square miles. The city was founded in 1837 but not incorporated until
 1850.

The current flag was, according to Marketing & Communications Specialist/City Clerk Megan Freeman, adopted in 2021. The flag uses a revised version of the logo introduced in 2019.

The previous flag was adopted in 2017 and used the "B" of a logo introduced that year.

I found a photo of the
flag in a Yelp review of the "Texas Roadhouse" restaurant in Ballwin. But that
link is now dead but the photo is archived.
