The municipality of Minden has informed me that it does not have a flag.

Town of Minden is unincorporated place and Town Advisory Bord in Douglas County, NV. Its flag is just a town logo on a white field https://www.facebook.com/photo/?fbid=874161296023445&set=a.874159732690268 in several photos on that album.

Based on the town's welcome sign (seen at http://geographicallyyourswelcome.blogspot.com/2017/08/minden-nevada.html), it looks like the words "The Town of" should be in black serif lettering immediately above the name "Minden" and crossing the bottom portion of the yellow circle. That would seem to match the town logo on both the welcome sign and what we can see of the flag in the Facebook photo.
