Description of the flag

A white flag, with an inner border in dark green, and centered on it the city's logo: a dark green outlined square bearing a red rectangle on a white background. The red rectangle is divided by an arc to give the impression of the letter D. Inside the D is a compound leaf. Above is written DELPHOS and below (in quote marks) "America's Friendliest City".
