The USSF was founded in 1913 and is the main official body that regulates soccer (football) in the United States. They also select players to represent the United States in various FIFA-sanctioned competitions, along with match officials for events that occur in the United States.

The current flag of the USSF uses a crest designed with assistance from
clothing manufacturer Nike and adopted in 2016 (https://www.espn.com/soccer/united-states/story/2818374/us-soccer-unveils-revamped-crest-after-more-than-20-years).
The symbolism of the crest, according to
https://cdn.pastemagazine.com/www/articles/USSoccerCrest_MAIN.jpg, takes
elements of the US flag with the thirteen stripes and the use of the blue "USA"
above the stripes. The flag, which can be seen at

and from my personal observations at their National Training Facility in Kansas
City, Kansas, is white with the crest in the center.

For their 2013
Centennial, a flag was made available to where the centennial crest is placed
on a red background. I was able to see this flag at the bar "Smoke and
Barrel" in Fayetteville, Arkansas, where they host watch parties for US
Soccer along with a local chapter of the nationwide "American Outlaws" soccer
supporters group.

The recently closed US Soccer Development Academy also
had a flag used at their events; it is a similarly designed badge as the USSF
but placed on a blue background.
