On page 21 (22 of the pdf) of the (SAU Official Style Guide), there is a flag that uses a blue background with the university seal in the center (in full color). The colors, as stated in the guide, is Pantone 287 for blue and Pantone 110 for yellow-gold. The colors, according to https://web.saumag.edu/communications/web/web-style-guide/logos/, were selected in 2013 to use a brighter blue and gold. I would assume the flag was updated around in 2013 but overall adoption of the flag, along with size ratio of the seal, is unknown to me.

This is a one-time event flag used for the 2022 NCAA Division II baseball tournament in Cary, NC. The video by SAU at https://www.facebook.com/watch/?v=1243407916399441, if you see at the 0:43-0:44 mark, the other schools in this video have the same template for their flags used at the stadium.
