The logo uses two shades of green and shows an outline of a palm tree on a thick plinth and under an archway with trellis structure and an ornamental balustrade (or so it seems to me), all in dark green, and the sides of the arch obscured by what seems to be two stylized flags in foreground, draped as if hoisted from indoor staffs, and patterned in light green with either a fold or an upper hoist dark green square. Underneath the logo, on the flag, centered lettering reading in dark green sans serif bold letters "أمانة محافظة حفر الباطن" ("Aˀmanẗ Mħafðẗ Ħfr Albaŧn") over all-caps English "Hafr al Batin Municipality" (note divergent Romanization). The darker shade of green seems slightly blueish while the lighter one is a tad yellowish.
